Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping across Canada and the United States.

For shipping to other countries, please contact us through WhatsApp or email before placing your order. We will confirm availability, shipping charges, and estimated delivery time.

How do I place an order?

Once you have added your desired items to your cart:

  1. Click the cart icon in the top-right corner of the website.

  2. Review your selected items and proceed to checkout.

  3. Enter your contact, shipping, and billing information.

  4. Click Continue to Payment and select your preferred payment method.

  5. Review your information and click Complete Order.

  6. Check your email for your order confirmation.

Please ensure that your email address, phone number, and shipping address are correct before completing your order.

Can I place an order online and pick it up?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer local or in-store pickup. All orders are shipped to the delivery address entered during checkout.

How can I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email containing your courier tracking number and tracking details.

Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Does adding an item to my cart reserve it?

No. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve it.

The item is only secured once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation. As some designs are available in limited quantities, we recommend completing your purchase promptly.

What sizes do you offer?

Available sizes are shown on each product page. Please refer to the product’s size chart before placing your order, as measurements may vary slightly between different styles and fabrics.

Are the product colours exactly as shown?

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
